Nima Tennis is led by former world top 200 and Australia top 30, Nima Roshan. Nima and his team deliver world class tennis programs and services for players of any age and level. Nima Tennis players are aged from 3 to 70+ and all enjoy the many benefits of playing tennis in a productive, fun and social environment led by professionals.

Nima Roshan
Founder & Director of Tennis At Nima Tennis, we are proud to be led by founder and director Nima Roshan, whose passion for tennis, commitment to player development and an exceptional member experience have made him a trusted name in international tennis coaching. With a career that spans the globe and touches every level of the game—from beginners to the professional circuit—Nima offers a world class standard of coaching.
Nima’s journey through tennis is as distinguished as it is diverse. A former Australian top 30 and world top 200 ranked player on the ATP & ITF Pro Tour, his playing career also includes standout achievements in American NCAA tennis, along with elite-level club, high school and junior tournament competition. Over the last two decades, Nima has held prominent leadership roles in Australia and the USA including, Head Pro at Radley Run Country Club, Director of Racquets at Concord Country Club, and Director of Tennis & Club Coach at Canterbury Tennis Club. His move to establish Nima Tennis at CTC represents a new chapter in elite coaching in the area. Nima Tennis brings cutting-edge methodology, a world class level of coaching and expertise, development pathways, social tennis events and a deep respect for the traditions of the sport. Our programs are designed for all ages and levels to ensure our players benefit from the progression of their tennis and fitness. Nima shares his passion for tennis with his wife, Nora and their two sons who all love playing tennis at the club with friends and family and in competition. |
Nora Anthony
Operations Manager Nora Anthony is an experienced and qualified operations manager, with a bachelors in Business Management. In her professional career, she has held management positions at the Australian Taxation Office and IT companies in the US. Nora's tennis journey started in her late 20's when she met her now husband Nima. She learned all about tennis while traveling with him on the pro tour through the US, Asia, and Europe. Nora was inspired to start lessons, classes, and competitive play in the US, which she continued until she was 8 months pregnant. Nora is now settled back in Melbourne as a mum, backbone of Nima Tennis and tennis enthusiast. Since 2019 she has enjoyed working at Nima Tennis to help foster top quality tennis in our community.

Belén Ludueña
Head Tennis Coach
Belén has loved tennis since she started playing at the age of four. She was an elite junior tennis player in Chile and went on to achieve a top 600 WTA world ranking as a teenager on the pro tour. After 2 years on the pro tour, Belén decided to pursue her tennis and education in the USA, earning an NCAA Division 1 full scholarship at The University of Kansas, where she graduated with a Bachelors degree in Economics and Business.
After university, Belén moved back to Chile to pursue a career in the tennis industry. Belén is an ITF-3 certified tennis coach who has worked with players of all ages and abilities and brings a wealth of international knowledge to our program. She has coached at the club level for almost a decade and also at the highest level of tennis including the Billie Jean King Cup (formerly Fed cup).

Grant O'Callaghan
Club Coach Professional
Coach Grant has been a Tennis Australia certified Club Coach Professional since 1993 with an extensive background and a wealth of knowledge. He has achieved numerous tennis accomplishments not only as a highly certified coach but also as a high level player as the ranked #1 junior in Victoria and #6 ranked in Australia. As an adult, Grant was the Singles and Doubles Champion at the over 35's Victorian Clay Court Championships and competed at the State Grade level in Tennis Victoria Pennant.
Grant has been leading tennis programs as Head Coach for over 25 years, most notably at Burnie Tennis Centre in Tasmania and at Balnarring Tennis Club on the Mornington Peninsula.
Coach Grant has a passion for tennis and teaching the game so others can enjoy the many physical, mental and social benefits tennis provides.

Xander Taylor
Senior Coach
Xander Taylor grew up playing tennis at CTC at age 6, where he developed a passion for the sport. He went on to have a stand-out junior career as a High Performance and Junior Australian Nationals player.
Xander graduated from Scotch College where he was Captain of the tennis team and an APS Team Rep. He's now the Assistant Coach at Scotch College in addition to his role at Nima Tennis. Xander also plays pennant and in CTC Club Championships where he was the Men’s Singles Champion in 2020.
Xander has coached intermittently at CTC throughout his teens, assisting in the junior program to develop and inspire young players. He has helping players develop their tennis and fitness at Nima Tennis since 2021.
Senior Coach
