Senior Tennis Coach
Greg Jones was one of the best Australian tennis player of his generation. In his career, he has taken his tennis to the highest level in all stages. Greg got to #4 in the world in ITF Junior (18&U) and in 2007 was the Finalist at the French Open Juniors. As a pro, he reached a career high of 179 on the ATP World Tour and 3rd in Australia. He represented Australia in international competition for over 15 years including all 4 Grand Slams, Davis Cup and won a Silver Medal at the Commonwealth Games in Delhi in 2010.
Greg has worked with some of the best in the world including Aussie favourites Dasha Gavrliova and Sam Stosur, as well as being a part of tennis great Venus Williams' Australian Open team in 2019, and Caroline Wozniacki's Australian Open team both in her last ever tournament in 2020, and in 2018 when she won the Women's Singles title.
After retiring from the ATP Tour, he began his coaching career while still maintaining an exceptional level of play as the Club Champion at Kooyong Tennis Club. He currently coaches the Wesley College tennis teams along with some of the best juniors in Victoria.
